Happyness makes healthy!
On  Saturday 15th december 2007 the Reutlinger Generalanzeiger, a german newspaper wrote, that diabetes experts have found out, that diabetics more often then other people suffer from depression. They pointed out, that people who suffer from diabetes, more often develop a depression than the normal average of the population.  If this is like it is, and there is no doubt about it, as this was found out by diabetes specialists from the Deutsches Diabetes Zentrum, in Germany, I am very sure, that the following sentence is right:

Happyness makes healthy

If sorrow makes ill, than happyness makes well. It´s so easy.

Following to deperession the blood glucose values are going up and down all the time and the people do hard do get a good diabetes management, explained the diabetes specialists from the Deutsche Diabetes Zentrum.

Well,  if this is true it is also true that beeing happy and jumping arround and feeling good leads to a better diabetes management.

No,... I am not joking. If I would tell you a joke, I would tell it to you before I start doing this, so you can applaud when I am ready with it.
Lucky singing, if  you want allone or in chorus with others is the finest method to release from stress and will stabilize your blood glucose values, ecpecially when it is going up and down with large differences.

Laughing loudly may save your health.
.......You do not have any reason for laughing ? You did not sing or laugh for years ?

Yust do it now.

Dear visitress, dear visitor,
I want to wish you health, luck, prosperity and success and always  a piece of glucose in the bag, because:

Rather 1 gr precaution, than 1 kg of medicament
- And if you nevertheless need good improvement a very good private health insurance >>more<<… “
