>> Green Footballs <<for
Slim-makers!
Eating too much is a major cause of type
2 diabetes.
A good quarter of children between 7 and 17 years in Germany, according
to the spokesman of theBerufsverband
der Kinder- und
Jugendärzte(association of children's
and youth Doctors in Germany ,) Mr.
Ulrich Fegeler are simply too thick. Here is rolling an avalanche, if
nothing is done. But now, a new idea, which a great tool for health is
found out.
Did you know that there is a
traffic light, for improving the slim figure and healthyness of a
person.
These traffic lights can be
found on food in the UK.
Green color means that the
nutriment many contain indigestible fiber, so that one can eat a
large quantity of the meal and still remain slim, because you feel fed
first and will not become thick.
(With Fiber I mean, for example, a
plant fiber, this material does not feed but needs space in the
stomach.) Green color means that the food
is good for the slim line. It keeps slim and fit and healthy.
On a second group of foods to find a yellow sign. One should eat
this food slowly, because our saturation center
in the brain reacts only after about twenty minutes with the message.
"You have eaten enough" .
The third group has a red sign on it, which means
that the content of nutrients compared to
indigestible fiber is very high. That means that the food makes you
thick
ar you will never feel saturated if you eat it or you will feel
saturated too late.. These foods contain simply too little fiber.
This excellent idea was presented by the head of the Bundesverbande der
Verbraucherzentralen in Germany
(
Consumer Federation ) by Mr. Gerd Billen on 19.12.07 in Berlin. Mr.
Billen
asked Bundesverbraucherminister
(Federal Consumer Minister) Horst Seehofer (CSU), to make a law that
this method should be used in Germany too. This method is perfectly
transparent, to show everybody what is contained in the food we buy and
eat.
At the present time, we
still need a calculator and a nutrition expert in Germany, when in a
supermarket we want to buy fod and want to know, which nutrients it
contains, and wether they make thick or slim. But this now will become
better.
Of course, the food in Germany all
is labeled. Even the saturated fatty acids contained therein are
printed on the box. But what is this?
Are these fatty acids fed itself?
Or will it be saturated when you eat it?
They are still saturated, or what?
So make it makes you saturated,
when you eat it, is logical or not?
Where should a child with an immigrant background (this are the
children from other countries, immigrated over other countries,
from other cultures, with some
parents who still do not understand very much German) know, that
saturated
fatty acids are containing chemically more hydrogen atoms
compared with unsaturated fatty acids, and
that unsaturated fatty acids healthier .
It would be much more logical that
the unsaturated would not make thick.
Labeling with the traffic light is clearly visible for all. I
hope
that the manufacturers of foods with low nutrient content soon their
will label their food with green footballs. So that from far everybody
recognizes:
This food keeps you fit and slim.
